I have had the most trouble just getting files from my drop shipper. He sent me some of what I needed, but not all. Well, a few days ago I FINALLY got everything I needed to be able to get product on my site! I have a few items up now but I still have a lot of work ahead of me to edit all my feed files. And… I came up with a new idea for my site. Once I’m live, I’ll share that idea with you all – along with the name of the site! I have no idea if this drop ship site will even work but it’s been a huge learning experience so far. I’m excited to finally be at the point where I can make some sales!
I will be doing a google adwords campaign in a few weeks. Have you done one? How did it go? Any recommendations for me?

Since I read 4 Hour Work Week I have seriously been considering a Drop Ship Website…. So I will be following along to see how things go. Just out of interest did you find a good resource to find drop shippers?

Yeah, I also read that book and that is where I got the idea to drop ship. I have one drop shipper right now, and to be honest, once I decided on my product I just googled around and found a company that would do drop shipping and had what I needed. I am probably their only drop ship wholesaler – they mostly just have affiliates. So… we will see how it goes!
I’ll be anxious to see how this goes. I run two ecommerce businesses with my wife, where I do all the IT, blogging, adwords, etc. She does the procuring and shipping. It goes well and we make a few thousand a month, but all the buying and shipping is not very scalable. I could probably get more sales through IT methods, but I don’t think she can handle more sales right now.
I’ve considered drop shipping to allow me to grow another store. Let me know how that goes for you. And if you want any advice with adwords or any other ecommerce stuff, just drop me a line. I’m always looking for ecommerce buddies.
Wow TJ! That is great you guys are able to make a few thousand a month! I would love to make that… without having to work much. I guess that’s the whole reason why drop shipping seems like a good idea… I may just take you up on your offer once I am ready to start my adwords campaign! Thanks for stopping by.

I am using Shopify. My site is just about there… only a couple more tweaks and I will post it on here to get some feedback before I run any adwords campaigns.
